It frightens me to think that this is what our world has become. No
compassion for others. No one should be allowed to turn off hydro in
the winter. It just isnt right. I realize some people cant afford to
pay bills, but before it got to $1000.00, maybe it should have been
dealt with!!! It didnt get that high over night. It just makes me angry
that things like this happen.
